CUSTOMER SERVICE & REPAIR CONSULTANT – HOME SERVICES
Join our RAC Home Services Team, located in West Perth, as our newest security member service & repair consultant. With over 1.3 million members, RAC is one of WA’s most iconic and trusted brands.
RAC Home Services is one of the largest home security providers in Perth, offering expert advice and tailored solutions, from full Alarm and CCTV installations, technical support, servicing and repairs.

In this role, you will:
Manage inbound and outbound calls, responding to member web enquiries, triaging alarm and CCTV issues, and coordinating Security Technicians to attend members’ homes.
Deliver exceptional member experiences by demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and a member-first mindset within our member experience framework.
Maintain accurate records, ensuring all enquiries, interactions, product orders, and financial information are captured correctly and efficiently.
Support our Sales and Operations teams, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Uphold company standards and processes while continuously looking for ways to improve the member experience.
