Optimal Pharmacy Plus is a proud Western Australian pharmacy group that has been operational for the last 20 years. Optimal Pharmacy Plus Dianella is seeking a part time stock controller. The role available would be ideal for those wanting to work a roster including days at a store open Monday to Friday 8am till 7pm Saturday 8am till 5pm & Sunday 11am till 5pm. All our Pharmacy Assistants are key members within our team so we are ideally looking for someone who has experience within a busy pharmacy environment and is able to multitask across all areas of the pharmacy. Also, someone who is vibrant and prides themselves on their customer service skills and product knowledge would be preferred.

We are looking for someone who has experience and can work within a busy pharmacy environment and is able to multitask across all areas of the pharmacy.
Position Criteria:
- Someone who is friendly, outgoing and motivated with keen eye for detail.
- Follows directions given by the Pharmacist or upper management.
- Confidence in recommended in our products and services to all customers and clients including our Loyalty program
- You will need to be able to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks to the highest standard.
- Qualified S2/S3 certificate for the supply of pharmacy and pharmacist medications as well as any other industry qualifications would be an advantage, but not essential.
- Experience with stock management that directly relates to purchasing, invoicing, and database management in accordance with company protocol.
- The ability to execute promotional activity with good organisational skills.
- Merchandising experience and the ability to set up promotional activity to support the marketing program in the pharmacy.
- Experience in using the MINFOS system is a bonus
- Someone who enjoys working in a challenging and busy environment.
Duties include:
- Marking off invoices to stock received
- Entering invoices into our point of sale system
- Managing the data base to ensure correct buying of stock
- Liaising with company representatives
- Daily top up orders and monthly turnover orders of stock
- Coordinating quarterly stock takes
- Preparation of weekly and monthly reports
- Merchandising, preparation and execution of all promotions
- Serving our customers
