The key responsibilities of the role include:
Manage the RMO Recruitment Campaign for West Moreton Hospital and Health Service.
Coordinate and implement recruitment processes for all Medical Officers in consultation with key stakeholders.
Well-developed communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to liaise with internal clients including Executive Director Medical Services, Director Medical Services, Heads of Departments; and external clients including Department of Immigration, Medical Board of Queensland and Recruitment Agencies.
What we're looking for
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
Knowledge (or ability to rapidly acquire knowledge) of legislation, procedures, policies and regulations pertaining to the recruitment of resident medical officers, including medical registration and immigration.
Highly developed organisational skills with a demonstrated ability to work autonomously, set priorities and achieve results in an environment of high volumes and tight deadlines.
Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms, prepare complex written material, negotiate, consult, and utilise interpersonal management skills.
Ability to use advanced computer skills including the ability to access data from information technology software systems, interpret and advise.
Ability to solve problems and an ability to liaise and effectively consult with senior management on issues.
