You will play a role in coordinating laboratory workflow, preparing cases and ensuring work moves efficiently through the laboratory from receipt through to completion and you will be trained inhouse.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating incoming orthodontic cases
- Assisting with the day-to-day laboratory workflow
- Checking prescriptions, case details and work requirements
- Communicating with orthodontic practices when required
- Ensuring cases are accurately tracked and completed within required timeframes
- Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient work environment
- Assisting with general laboratory and administrative duties
- Learning and working with modern digital orthodontic workflows and technology
