Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business
- requirements.
- Investigate and evaluate current business processes, procedures, and
- workflows.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements and system
- enhancements.
- Develop project plans using established project management methodologies.
- Support implementation and deployment of business and system solutions.
- Create and execute system testing plans and ensure successful outcomes.
- Prepare user guides, training materials, and conduct staff training sessions.
- Develop detailed functional specifications for developers and technical teams.
- Use data and process modeling techniques to support system design and
- development.
- Act as a key point of reference for project coordination and business decision-
- making.
What We Offer

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar Business Analyst role.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with business process improvement and project coordination
- Australian work rights required.
