You’ll Need:
Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education
Experience as a 2IC or senior Room Leader in a quality setting
Knowledge of EYLF, NQS and child-led practice
- Strong understanding of childcare regulations and compliance
A warm, collaborative leadership style
WWCC, First Aid, and Child Protection Certificate
