What your day could look like
You'll be part of a team that supports women and families across every stage of their healthcare journey. This is a role where you'll deepen your clinical expertise, learn from experienced clinicians, contribute to service improvement and help shape positive experiences for patients in a regional community.
You'll contribute by:
Working with multidisciplinary teams to make informed decisions and deliver coordinated, patient-centred care
Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues while continuing to grow your own clinical and leadership capabilities
Driving a culture of quality, safety and continuous improvement that strengthens healthcare services for the community
Let's talk about you!
You're motivated by more than clinical excellence alone. You want to build meaningful relationships with patients, support colleagues, and contribute to a community where your work genuinely matters. You bring compassion to every interaction, integrity to every decision, and the courage to step forward when challenges arise. Whether you're caring for patients, teaching others or embracing new learning opportunities, you're committed to making a positive difference and delivering care with dignity and respect.
What makes this opportunity especially rewarding is the chance to combine career growth with lifestyle benefits.
Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
Medical registration, or eligibility for registration, in Australia
Strong clinical knowledge and experience in Obstetrics and Gynaecology
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with patients, families and colleagues
A commitment to teamwork, patient safety, continuous learning and high-quality healthcare outcomes
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience supporting junior clinicians, a passion for teaching/mentoring, or a demonstrated interest in further specialist training and development.
