Open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Fellini's Trattoria is inspired by the vibrant trattorias of Naples and the Amalfi Coast, bringing together authentic Italian flavours with warm, relaxed hospitality.
We're looking for passionate and energetic Section Waiters to join our Front of House team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building genuine connections with guests and take pride in delivering exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
- Deliver warm, attentive service throughout every stage of the guest experience.
- Take food and beverage orders with confidence and menu knowledge.
- Manage your section to ensure efficient, seamless service.
- Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to create memorable dining experiences.
- Maintain high presentation, cleanliness and service standards.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Section Waiter or in a similar hospitality role.
- A passion for delivering exceptional food and beverage service.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional approach.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays, with a current Queensland RSA.
