Siblings@Kirra Pty Ltd, is part of an established hospitality group, and we are currently seeking an experienced full-time Chef to join our associated entity, The Trustee for Cianci Family Trust, trading as Hanks@Kirra, located in Kirra on the Gold Coast.
The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality meals, contributing to menu development and supporting the efficient day-to-day operation of the kitchen.
Skills and experience
The successful applicant must have:
- a relevant Diploma or higher qualification in Commercial Cookery or a related field;
- at least one year of relevant work experience as a Chef;
- sound knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations and food safety requirements;
- the ability to work effectively in a busy kitchen environment;
- strong organisational and time-management skills; and
- the ability to work cooperatively as part of a team.
