Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Migration Agent to join our team!.

You will provide visa consultancy in the following areas:
Student visas, GSM, Partner, 482, ENS, AAT, and all other visas.

Within this role you will:

Deal effectively with new and existing clients
Provide timely, commercially focused legal advice to the business
Prepare, check and lodge visa applications
Enter and maintain client information in the migration management system and CRM system as required
Provide a variety of accurate and professional migration advice

About You

As a successful applicant, you will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a migration agent. You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with a range of clients who have English as a second language.

You will have:

Current registration with OMARA
The ability to liaise with and build relationships with clients
The ability to meet deadlines, prioritise and demonstrate problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
Advanced MS Office skills

Fluency in other languages would be highly advantageous
