About the role
Join HESTA as our People Analytics & Systems Analyst and play a central role in transforming workforce data into meaningful intelligence that shapes strategic decisions across our organisation. As our people data steward, you'll own and govern P&C data, optimise our HRIS (SuccessFactors), and deliver dashboards, predictive models, and compelling insights that help HESTA understand and act on its most important workforce trends.
What you'll be doing
- Acting as data owner for all People & Culture data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Designing and maintaining our P&C metrics framework, dashboards, and reporting calendar for audiences from people leaders through to Board level
- Building and maintaining reports and extracts within SAP SuccessFactors to support operational and strategic workforce reporting needs
- Administering and configuring SAP SuccessFactors across production and development environments
- Developing predictive models including attrition risk, workforce demand forecasts, and capability gap analyses
- Building self-service reporting tools that empower leaders to access workforce data independently
- Translating complex data into clear, compelling insights through executive presentations and interactive visualisations
- Identifying and automating process improvements that enhance efficiency and the employee experience
What you'll bring
You'll bring demonstrated experience in a People Analytics and/or HRIS systems role, with a strong ability to turn complex data into meaningful, actionable insights. You have solid experience modelling data using statistical and mathematical techniques and are confident translating technical information for non-technical audiences. Advanced skills in Power BI and SAP SuccessFactors, including report generation, are essential, along with a genuine passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of emerging trends in people analytics.
