- Keep customers informed throughout their build with proactive fortnightly communication.
- Process and coordinate variations while ensuring plans and documentation remain accurate.
- Prepare documentation for home handovers and assist with customer handovers where required.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems.
- Build strong relationships across the business to achieve the best outcomes for customers.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
You're someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and can confidently switch between competing priorities without losing sight of the customer experience.
You'll also bring:
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks, competing deadlines and changing priorities.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- A calm, professional and solutions-focused approach under pressure.
- Outstanding time management and administration skills.
