About the Role:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Barista who’s ready to serve exceptional coffee while learning the ropes of a coffee roasting business. This is not a café job—this is a chance to grow into operations, warehouse, customer service, and Coffee Roasting support roles.
As a barista with us, you’ll not only craft delicious drinks and provide excellent service—you’ll also have the opportunity to be cross-trained in:
✅ Customer Service
✅ Supply Chain & warehouse Assistant
✅ Coffee Roastery Operations
✅ Wholesale Customer Experience

What You’ll Bring:
- A love for coffee and a desire to learn more about the industry

- Barista experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person
