Daily job description:
Support with network installation, debugging, and troubleshooting;
Configure, debug, manage and monitor various network devices;
Server operation and maintenance (Linux, Windows);
Wireless network management and equipment maintenance and tuning;
Provide IT support to customers via email and phone consult.
Candidates requirements:
Be familiar with the basic knowledge of network and Wireless network
Be familiar with the basic theory and operation of Linux server
Be familiar with the basic theory of NBN service
Understand equipment safety
Have the basic knowledge of the window domain
Have the basic theoretical knowledge of VOIP
Good written and oral communication skills in English
At least 1-year experience in Telco industry
Education requirements:
At least a Certificate IV of Information Technology
