About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join icare's Workers Compensation business in a role designed as a genuine career development pathway. As a Broker Coordinator, you'll work closely with Engagement Managers to support broker relationships, deliver valuable reporting and insights, and help ensure brokers receive exceptional service.
Ideal for someone with administration, customer service, relationship management or insurance experience, this role offers exposure to broker engagement, stakeholder management and data-driven decision making. You'll gain hands-on experience working with industry partners while building the skills and knowledge to progress into an Engagement Manager role in the future.

Duties
It's an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as a Broker Coordinator you will:
- Support Engagement Managers by coordinating broker activities, priorities and key deliverables
- Manage the broker support inbox and respond to broker enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare, analyse and distribute reports, insights and broker performance information to internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain broker records, CRM data, broker services and Letter of Appointment (LOA) administration
- Build positive relationships with brokers and industry stakeholders through proactive communication and support
- Generate data-driven insights and contribute to presentations, reporting improvements and business initiatives
Skills & Experience
- Experience in administration, coordination, customer service or relationship management roles
- Workers Compensation experience preferred, with insurance, underwriting or broker experience highly regarded
- Strong analytical capability with confidence working with reporting, data and insights
- Proficiency across Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to manage competing priorities, maintain attention to detail and work collaboratively across teams
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms will be beneficial
