At MECCA, we're passionate about creating beauty products that our community will fall in love with. As our Junior Product Development Specialist, you'll help bring new product ideas to life across our MECCA-MAGINATIONS brands, supporting everything from concept through to launch.
Working alongside our Product Development team, you'll play a hands-on role in turning ideas into reality; coordinating samples, managing timelines, supporting artwork and regulatory processes, and helping deliver exciting new products that delight our customers. You'll be an integral member of our Product Development team, helping keep projects moving while ensuring every product meets MECCA's quality, brand and commercial standards.
Manage key operational activities including purchase orders, samples, shipments, timelines and project tracking.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Compliance, Supply, Brand, Quality, Design and Marketing to bring products to market.
