Brown Sugar is Bondi's beloved 48-seater bistro — 30 years of exceptional food, wine and hospitality. We're looking for a polished, experienced waiter who takes genuine pride in the craft of service.
The Role
Friday and Saturday evenings, 5:30pm–9:30pm. Sunday 1pm to 8pm
Additional hours available for the right person.
You bring:
5–10+ years in fine dining or casual fine dining
Confident food and beverage knowledge — you can sell a menu, not just read it
Warmth, professionalism and the ability to read a room
A team-first attitude with the initiative to work independently
What you'll do:
Deliver seamless, attentive service to our guests every shift
Guide guests through the menu and wine with genuine expertise
Uphold and elevate our service standards consistently
