The Role – Social Work & Support Coordination Contractor
Evina Connect are seeking a passionate and experienced Social Work and Support Coordination Contractor to join our growing group. This flexible, contractor-based role is ideal for someone who thrives in a self-directed environment and is passionate about working with both children and adults within the NDIS and Aged Care framework.

This role is unique, in that it is overseen by both a highly experienced Support Coordinator and Business Mentor and a Senior Social Worker. It will provide suitable candidates with an opportunity to learn, develop and further enhance their Social Work skills.
Location:
Looking for Social Work Contractors located in Adelaide, South Australia
You will support participants to work towards their individual NDIS and Aged Care goals by:
- Implementing individualised therapy plans
- Conducting clinical assessments and psychosocial support
- Navigating complex systems such as housing, health, education, and justice
- Identifying barriers and supporting participants to overcome these
- Working collaboratively with families, carers, and other professionals
*We are looking for an all-rounder, who may be open to both Social Work and Support Coordination referrals.*
In the Support Coordination contracting role, you will support participants to understand and implement their NDIS plans, assist with budgeting, place referrals, build trusted teams around participants and provide ongoing support navigating the NDIS.
Who We’re Looking For
- Qualified Social Worker, who holds membership with the AASW
- Experience in NDIS service delivery preferred, especially in providing therapeutic supports
- Ability to work with diverse populations
- ABN and Professional Indemnity/Public Liability Insurance required
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a connected and supportive team
- A full driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Strong English communication skills (additional languages are a bonus)
- General IT proficiency
- Driven, organised and self-motivated
- Problem-Solving skills

Role Details
- Contractor Type: Independent Contractor
- Hourly Rate for Social Work: $96-$106/hour, based on experience
- Hourly Rate for Support Coordination: $55p/h
- Work Conditions: Flexible workdays, chosen by the contractor
- Location: Will vary depending on the participants - Contractors may meet participants at their home, school or in the community
- Equipment: Contractors must use their own computer and comply with digital security requirements.
Successful applicants will need to obtain relevant insurance and apply for a valid Police Check, Working with Children's Check, RRHAN-EC certificate and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
