Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Technology, or a related field.
Additional certifications or qualifications in relevant areas such as rotating equipment maintenance, asset management, or reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) are advantageous.
At least 16 - 20 years of hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance, with a strong focus on rotating and static equipment in industrial environments, preferably in fertilizer, chemical, or petrochemical plants.
Significant experience in supervising a team of technicians in a mechanical maintenance environment, preferably in a high-demand and safety-sensitive setting.
Proven track record in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical equipment such as turbines, compressors, pumps, pressure vessels, boilers, and heat exchangers.
Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance, utilizing tools like vibration analysis, thermography, and lubrication testing.
