We are looking for a driven, friendly and enthusiastic Operations Intern to support our team across every part of the student journey — from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.

About the role
As an Operations Intern, you'll rotate across our core departments, Accommodation, Student Services, Activities and Academics, gaining hands-on experience in how an international language school operates. The exact focus and duties will depend on your skills, interests and the needs of the school at the time, but you'll always be working closely with staff who can mentor and guide you.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants broad exposure to school operations, enjoys working with people from all over the world, and is comfortable moving between tasks and departments.
Responsibilities can include
Accommodation
- Supporting homestay and residence check-ins and check-outs
- Helping conduct room checks and house visits, updating records
- Assisting with host or student communications and basic conflict resolution
Student Services
- Supporting students with transition, welfare and general enquiries
- Helping maintain student records and administrative processes
- Assisting with orientation for new arrivals
Activities
- Helping plan, promote and run the student activities program (social events, excursions, outings)
- Supporting on-the-day logistics — set up, supervision, pack down
- Promoting activities and engagement among students
Academics
- Providing general administrative support to the academic team
- Assisting with classroom or resource preparation
- Supporting academic events such as testing days, graduations or workshops
Requirements you bring
- Independent, adaptable and comfortable moving between different tasks and teams
- Strong interpersonal skills and enjoyment of working with a diverse range of people
- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Fluent in English
- Available to work some evenings and weekends if required
