We're looking for an experienced Barista & Beverage Specialist who is confident behind the coffee machine and excited to learn and create our full beverage offering, including cocktails, mocktails and specialty drinks.
This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone who can confidently step into a busy service environment and become an important part of our beverage team.
Your Role
- Preparing consistently high-quality espresso coffee.
- Dialling in coffee and maintaining quality throughout the day.
- Creating cocktails, mocktails and other beverages to a high standard (training provided on our menu).
- Managing the beverage station during busy service.
- Keeping the bar and coffee stations clean, organised and well stocked.
- Supporting the floor when required and delivering genuine hospitality to every guest.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a barista in a busy cafe.
- Confident working independently on a commercial espresso machine.
- Latte art and excellent milk texturing skills.
- Cocktail or bar experience is regarded (or a genuine willingness to learn).
- Fast, organised and calm under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in consistency.
- Reliable, punctual and passionate about hospitality.
- Must be available on weekends.
