In this position you will be required to:
- Oversee the management of the kitchen.
- Create a variety of dishes to an exacting standard.
- Supervise the preparation of dishes by other kitchen staff
- Contribute to the development of our menu.
- Hiring and training kitchen staff.
- Ensure compliance with WH&S requirements.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery plus relevant diploma or similar qualification a must
- Proven experience in a busy restaurant for at least 2 years +
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
PAY
The salary for this position is $78000 per annum plus superannuation.
