Fuse Recruitment are seeking experienced Trades assistants for Workshop based work in Ingleburn. These roles will be working 5 days per week on production lines. Rosters are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm daily with no weekend work required!
These roles are also Temp to perm after 6 months!

A large Workshop based in Ingleburn that specialises in the assembly of mobile and stationary speed camera equipment.

The Role: Production Trades Assistants
In this role you will work on a production line assembling base units for Speed Camera equipment. Duties will include assembling panels, small frames and units, switchboards and electrical components as well as installing nuts and bolts into frames and steel booms. You must have a Construction White Card for this role.
Your main duties will involve:
- Working on a production line assembling materials
- Basic assembly work
- Following plans and drawings and installing base nuts, bolts and frames to trailers, Booms, Beams and shells of camera equipment
- Production Bench line assembly work
- Panel building and installing equipment
- Assembling electrical components
- Assembling switchboards
- Using hand and power tools
- Following work instructions and technical drawings to ensure product quality.
- Occasioanl off site-based installation work is optional as well. You will assist trades people and technicians in installation projects with travel to site paid per your hourly pay rate.
The Candidates:
To be successful in obtaining these roles you have the following experience:
- You must have a current construction white card for this role
- Previous Trades assistant experience operating hand and power tools. This can be site based or Manufacturing / production-based experience
- Previous experience in assembly work in electronics, Electrical assembly or technical assembly roles
- Hand and power tool operating experience
- Previous experience in the likes of the trades, construction, electrical assembly or Mechanical assembly fields
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- The ability to read technical drawings and assembly plans
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
For this role you will be required to provide an Australian Feral Police check and RTA printout. (Or be willing to obtain both)

- Tertiary qualifications in electronics Assembly, construction or a similar field
