Customer Service Officer – Sandgate
Be the face of Australia and New Zealand's largest collision repair network and deliver an exceptional experience to every customer who walks through our doors.
Your role will include:

Greeting and checking in customers as they arrive for their assessment

Providing clear and up-to-date information about vehicle repairs

Maintaining a welcoming and professional customer environment

Managing the vehicle return process and addressing any customer concerns

Experience in a customer-facing, fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport in person and over the phone

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
