Warlocks Gym Leichhardt is a premium, all-in-one training facility built for those who are serious about their training. With a strong focus on strength, performance, and community, we offer a high-energy environment that caters to everyone—from beginners to experienced lifters.
Our facility combines bodybuilding, powerlifting, functional training, recovery, and reformer Pilates under one roof, creating a space where members can train with purpose and be part of a driven, like-minded community.
We’re looking to onboard Reformer Pilates Instructors to deliver high-quality classes for our members during fixed class times. This is your opportunity to be part of a fast-growing gym and help shape the experience within our brand new, state-of-the-art Pilates space.

The Role
You’ll be leading structured, high-quality Reformer Pilates classes for our members during fixed time slots, delivering a premium experience in our brand new Pilates space.
Whether you’re working with a first-timer or a regular, your energy, professionalism, and attention to detail will ensure every member feels supported, challenged, and confident in their training.
Key Responsibilities
- Instruct safe, structured, and engaging Reformer Pilates classes
- Deliver sessions during allocated fixed class times
- Adapt exercises to suit a range of fitness levels and abilities
- Provide professional support and guidance to all members
- Maintain a high standard of class delivery and member experience
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-focused environment
What We’re Looking For
- Reformer Pilates qualification (Certificate IV in Pilates or equivalent)
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Group class experience preferred, but not essential
- Strong communication skills and confident presence
- Reliable and available for fixed class times (early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends)
