Experienced Restaurant Managers, Franchise Operators & Area Leaders
An ambitious quick-service restaurant brand is preparing to launch in Victoria. We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on hospitality leader to help open our first restaurant, with further openings planned soon after.

The opportunity
You’ll play a key role in establishing our Victorian operations, starting with our first restaurant. From recruiting and training the opening team to leading busy services, you’ll take ownership of the detail and help build a strong foundation for future growth.
As more restaurants open, there’s scope for your responsibilities to grow with the business.
What you’ll be doing
- Helping prepare and open our first Victorian restaurant.
- Recruiting, training and developing a capable, motivated team.
- Leading from the floor across service, kitchen operations and the guest experience.
- Taking ownership of food quality, safety, labour, stock and restaurant performance.
- Establishing consistent standards and supporting subsequent openings.
- Travelling for training, opening support and operational needs.
Who we’re looking for
You may be an experienced Restaurant Manager, a current or former Franchisee, or an Area Leader who still loves running a great shift.
You’ll bring:
- Strong leadership experience in quick-service or fast-paced restaurant operations.
- A willingness to roll up your sleeves and work alongside your team wherever needed.
- Experience building teams and delivering strong operational results.
- Commercial awareness and a practical approach to solving problems.
- The energy, commitment and flexibility to lead through demanding opening periods, including early starts, evenings and weekends.
- Willingness and availability to travel.
New restaurant opening experience will be highly regarded.
