Executive Services provides high-level, professional and confidential executive and administrative support to the Office of the Health Service Chief Executive and members of the Executive Leadership Team. Our team plays an important role in supporting CQHHS to achieve its vision of delivering Great Care for Central Queenslanders, while contributing to a collaborative, responsive and achievement-focused environment.
About the role:
As an Executive Support Officer, you will provide high-quality, efficient and confidential support to senior executives within CQHHS. You will manage competing priorities, diaries and correspondence, coordinate deadlines, provide secretariat support to high-level committees and liaise with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders. Working with a high degree of autonomy and discretion, you will use sound judgement and initiative to resolve issues, improve administrative processes and ensure executive priorities are effectively supported.
About you:
You are an organised, professional and adaptable executive support professional who thrives in a busy and complex environment. You can confidently manage competing priorities and tight deadlines while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy and attention to detail. You bring strong interpersonal and written communication skills, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook, and the ability to communicate diplomatically with stakeholders at all levels.
Most importantly, you are proactive, use sound judgement and can work both independently and collaboratively with minimal direction.
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $118,172 p.a. is comprised of:
An hourly rate between $47.41 - $52.23 p.h.
12.75% employer superannuation contribution
