Step into a rewarding role as a compassionate and committed Enrolled Nurse within a dynamic Palliative and Mixed Medical team, where you’ll deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care to patients with complex medical and palliative needs, all while working in a supportive multidisciplinary environment and making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families every day.
You will deliver Nursing care under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse and contribute to the delivery of safe, effective, and respectful care aligned with NSW Health values. The Palliative and Mixed Medical team at Nepean Hospital provides holistic inpatient care for patients with life‑limiting illnesses and a range of Acute and Chronic medical conditions. The team works collaboratively to support patients and families through complex clinical journeys, with a strong focus on dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
We are looking for an Enrolled Nurse who demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills, is patient‑centred, empathetic, and able to work effectively in emotionally sensitive environments and works well within a team and values collaboration.
