Anglicare are currently seeking to hire a Compliance & Credentials Advisor to join our Workforce Quality Assurance, Safeguarding & Risk team based at our Head Office in Fortitude Valley.
In this role you will ensure Anglicare’s pre-employment screening checks and credentials, including position descriptions, credential processes and procedures, are compliant with mandated and policy requirements
Reporting to the Head of Workforce Quality Assurance, Safeguarding & Risk, the Compliance & Credentials Advisor will:
- Monitor employee credential compliance and manage notifications relating to non-compliant, expiring or updated credentials.
- Maintain accurate employee credential, visa and compliance records across relevant systems and electronic personnel files.
- Provide advice and support to managers and stakeholders regarding credentialing, workforce compliance and work rights requirements.
- Maintain compliance registers and reporting, including positions requiring regulated checks and key personnel obligations.
- Liaise with government agencies and external providers to manage compliance processes and ensure regulatory reporting requirements are met within required timeframes
What our team is looking for:
- Certificate IV in Human Resources, Diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Valid Aged Care Worker Screening Check: Current National Police Check OR Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
- Experience in administering employment screening checks in a regulated, compliance driven environment
- Understanding of the Australian Industrial Relations systems and framework
- Systems and critical thinker with demonstrated analytical skills
- Extremely well organised and proficient, with excellent attention to detail
- Capacity to work in a high volume, process driven environment
