About the Role
We're looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Site Manager to support the Site Manager in leading a high-performing employment services team.
In this role, you'll help coach and develop staff, monitor site performance, support day to day operations and ensure our customers receive high quality, professional service. You'll also manage a small caseload while working closely with the Site Manager to achieve strong outcomes for both our team and our job seekers.
Your responsibilities will include:

Coaching and supporting team members to achieve performance and compliance goals.

Leading the team with a strong focus on outstanding customer service.

Assisting with staff training and development.
-
Monitoring site performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Supporting the implementation of operational and organisational changes.

Managing a caseload of customers.

Ensuring reports and administration are completed accurately and on time.

Promoting a positive, safe and collaborative team culture.

Supporting compliance with Workskil Australia's policies, procedures and safety standards.
About You
You are a positive and supportive leader who enjoys helping others succeed. You have experience in employment services and are confident balancing customer service, team support and operational responsibilities.
To be successful, you will have:

A Certificate IV in Community Services, Employment Services or Career Development, or equivalent industry experience.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
-
Good organisational and time management skills.
-
Confidence using multiple computer systems and learning new technology.
-
The ability to coach, motivate and support others.
-
A commitment to providing excellent customer service and achieving positive outcomes.

Remuneration
A competitive salary will be negotiated commensurate with skills and experience. As Workskil Australia is a public benevolent institution, we can also offer a portion of the salary through tax effective salary packaging.
