Tea Tree Dental is looking for a motivated and caring individual to join our warm and welcoming team. While we ideally seek a qualified dental assistant or someone with previous dental reception experience, we also encourage applicants with a genuine interest in dental care and strong interpersonal skills to apply. Ideal candidates will bring a mature approach to problem-solving and the interpersonal skills to communicate effectively and persuasively.

Role Details
- 2–3 full days per week (8:30am – 6:00pm), with the possibility of working into a full time role. Friday availability a must.
- Flexibility in days available, arranged in advance on a monthly roster
- Reception-based as well as dental assisting . This will be a dual role.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform reception and customer service duties
- Assist the dentist during procedures
- Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards
- Ensure a clean and organized clinical environment
- Process patient x-rays
- Manage time effectively and multitask in a busy practice
