We are looking for a trustworthy, reliable and motivated person to join our team. This is a hands-on office role dealing directly with customers, orders and the day-to-day running of our sports apparel business.
YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:
- Placing and managing customer orders
- Preparing invoices and general administration
- Liaising with customers daily via email and phone
- Following orders from initial enquiry through to production
- Uploading artwork/files through software and email systems
- Keeping customers updated on their orders
- Assisting the team with general office duties
- Basic graphic design/artwork tasks when required
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Excellent computer and email skills
Organised with strong attention to detail
Confident communicating with customers
Trustworthy, reliable and punctual
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Must have your own car or reliable transport
Basic understanding of graphics/design
Experience with ordering and invoicing is highly
