Hello, I'm 17 years old and I've spent the last 4 years building my own lawn maintenance business. I've now reached the point where I've built up enough recurring clients to keep me busy throughout the weeks, and I'm looking for someone who wants to grow along side me eventually becoming my full-time employee.
It will start off as light work, with around one task per job each weekend, mainly helping with tasks such as leaf blowing and packing up the equipment once I've finished. As we grow together and I feel comfortable moving to the next stage, I'll personally train you to use more specialised equipment such as the whipper snipper, including whipper snipping areas the mower can't reach, followed by edging and finally learning how to use the mower properly. Once I'm happy with the quality of your work and confident in your abilities, you'll eventually be trusted to complete entire jobs on your own.
My goal is for you to see this as a long-term opportunity. As time goes on and I continue to build more clients, you'll be offered more work and more hours as you develop, with the aim of becoming a full-time employee over the next couple of years.
I'm really looking for someone aged between 16 and 25 who either has no experience or has only done basic mowing, like mowing their own or a neighbour's lawn. I'll provide all the commercial equipment and the training you need, so you don't need any previous experience. The only thing you'll need is a reliable way to get to jobs, whether that's your parents giving you a lift or having your own driver's licence and transport.
This is a long-term investment for both of us, and I'm looking for someone who's young, reliable and willing to be with in this for the long term benifits.
