We are looking for a Junior Pastry Chef who loves the process as much as the end result. Someone who understands the rhythm of production, respects the process, and cares about the small details that make a big difference.
Your role
- Prepare and bake all products to our in-house standards
- Know the product range inside out, from dough to final bake
- Follow kitchen processes, food safety, all standards and guidelines
- Communicate clearly and work closely with the team
- Bring good energy into the kitchen and handle the pace with confience
- Stay organized and efficient during busy production hours
- Be adaptable and flexible to changing demands
Our Requirements
- Certificate IV in Patisserie or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
- Have availability and commitment to early morning and weekends
- Strong attention to detail and pride in consistent quality
- Punctual and efficient in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit and well presented for a hands-on kitchen role
- Flexible to work at Northbridge and Victoria Park locations
- Full working rights within Australia
