Casual Production Workers – Darnum
APG is seeking reliable and motivated
Production Workers for casual positions with our client, a local manufacturer in Darnum, assisting with the production of milk powdered products.
Shift times :
Day shift 6am- 6pm OR 6am- 2.00pm
Night shift- 6pm- 6am OR 10pm- 6am
Afternoon shift- 2pm- 10.00pm
Rate: Starting from $47.05 per hour
Duties may include:
- Tipping, blending, mixing, weighing and packing
- Lifting and sliding 25kg bags of powder
- Cleaning and mopping
- Using knives to open the bags
Perform repetitive work safely and efficiently.
Requirements for Successful Applicants (prior to placement):
- Medical assessment including Drug and Alcohol Screen
- Completed online modules
- National Police Check
Skills & Attributes:
- Physically fit and strong
- Positive work attitude
- Able to lift 25kg regularly
- Perform repetitive tasks safely and efficiently
- Reliable transport and valid driver’s licence
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Adherence to safety procedures and regulations
