What you will do
As justice officer, you will provide administration and client services that help people access justice services across the region.
You will support community work, community corrections and other regional programs while working mainly from the Epping Community Work office.
You will:
- provide high-quality administration across community work, community corrections and sheriff's operations
- provide clear information, process applications and help clients and the public
- complete accurate records, correspondence, data entry and office administration
- support essential corporate services including finance, procurement, human resources and facilities
- work across multiple north metropolitan locations when needed and help improve daily processes.
About you
Advanced computer skills are desirable, including word processing, spreadsheets, email, appointment scheduling and internet use. A driver's licence is preferred but not essential because you may work at different locations.
You should also have:
- strong computer skills and confidence using different systems
- respectful communication and the ability to work well with others
- resilience and a willingness to learn new ways of working
- excellent customer service with a focus on accuracy, inclusion and continuous improvement.
