Job Title: Registered Nurse
Location: Munno Para, South Australia
About the role
We are seeking a qualified and passionate Registered Nurse to deliver person-centred care in a community setting. You will work with clients including NDIS participants, older adults, and individuals with chronic health conditions, delivering clinical services and supporting overall health goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care such as wound care, catheter care, medication administration, and chronic disease management
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop care plans
- Liaise with clients, families, GPs, allied health professionals, and support workers
- Monitor and report changes in client health and escalate concerns as required
- Provide education to clients and caregivers to promote self-management
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with standards
- Support with clinical training and supervision of support staff if needed
- Travel to client homes or community settings as required
Requirements
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (community or aged care preferred)
- Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
- Police Check and Working with Children Check (or NDIS Worker Screening)
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Desirable
- Experience working with NDIS, DVA, or Home Care Package clients
- Understanding of person-centred care and trauma-informed practice
- Confidence using digital tools for care documentation
