About the Role:
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who wants their customer service skills to have a visible, human impact every single day. In this role, you’ll support customers, carers and partner organisations with warmth and expertise, helping them access mobility solutions that improve comfort, confidence and everyday independence.
- You’ll manage inbound and outbound calls, emails and chats for the Mobility Department, responding promptly and professionally to questions about quotes, orders, returns, warranties, complaints and order progress. Your communication will help customers feel informed and reassured, while keeping service smooth, accurate and efficient across every interaction.
- You’ll guide customers and organisational contacts through mobility product sales, hire options and equipment trials, taking time to understand their needs before recommending the most suitable solution. This is where your advice really matters, because you’ll help people make confident decisions that support safety, mobility and quality of life.
- You’ll keep the showroom looking clear, welcoming and easy to navigate, with stock presented well, ticketed correctly and available where it should be. By maintaining a high standard in the physical space, you’ll create an environment that reflects the care, professionalism and attention to detail customers can expect from the team.
- You’ll manage the hire process from start to finish, including generating agreements, processing extensions, supporting returns and helping ensure each customer is fitted for purpose and shown how to use equipment correctly. Your guidance will make the hire experience feel simple, safe and supportive, especially for customers who may already be navigating a challenging time.
- You’ll also help with incoming orders, stock replenishment, trial equipment preparation, equipment cleaning where possible and regular checks of online enquiry channels through Groove. These behind-the-scenes tasks are essential to a well-run department, and your consistency will help the whole team deliver the thoughtful, dependable service SuperPharmacyPlus is known for.
Hours / Availability:
We are currently looking for at least 3 days during the week (preference is Monday-Wed with shifts ranging in start times from 7am and finish times until 6:30pm).
After initial training, we would also be needing you to be open to working 1 weekend shift a fortnight (9-3pm or similar).
About you:
- You’re at your best when you can combine empathy with action. You listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions and take pride in helping people feel understood, especially when they may be dealing with injury, ageing, recovery or changing independence.
- You’re organised, responsive and calm under pressure, with a natural ability to keep track of calls, emails, hire agreements, follow-ups and showroom details without losing the personal touch. People trust you because you’re reliable, accurate and genuinely committed to seeing things through.
- You enjoy learning products inside out so you can give practical, tailored advice rather than generic answers. Whether you’ve worked in mobility, pharmacy, healthcare retail, customer service or a related environment, you know how valuable it is to match the right solution to the right person.
- You care about quality in the details, from clear communication and accurate administration to a well-presented showroom and equipment that is ready for use. You’ll thrive here if you value teamwork, treat everyone with respect and want to be part of a business that sees service as a privilege, not a script.
If this sounds like the kind of role where you’d do your best work, we’d love to hear from you — apply today.
