Urban Restaurant & Wine Bar is a small, family owned restaurant on Darby Street focused on genuine hospitality, European-inspired food, wine, cocktails and warm service.
We’re looking for a reliable and friendly Front of House all-rounder to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in hospitality and is passionate about food and wine.
Availability
- Wednesday to Friday dinner service
- Saturday lunch & dinner service
- Additional shifts may become available
About the role
You’ll be involved in all aspects of front of house service including:
- Looking after guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Taking food and beverage orders
- Wine sales and recommendations
- Making cocktails and basic bar service
- Running food and drinks
- Setting and resetting tables
- General venue presentation and cleanliness
What we’re looking for
- Valid RSA
- Some hospitality experience preferred
- Friendly and confident with people
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Interest in food, wine and genuine hospitality
