We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and experienced Support Workers to join our growing team servicing the Redlands area and surrounds. Our participants include people living with ASD, ADHD, intellectual disabilities, and psychosocial disabilities, and we pride ourselves on providing person-centred, respectful, and consistent support.
About the Role
You will be supporting participants in daily living, community access, emotional regulation, and building independence while working within individual Behaviour Support Plans and positive behaviour support frameworks.
This is a hands-on, high-support role working with participants who may present with complex needs and challenging behaviours. It is not suited to applicants seeking passive or low-demand support work. Emotional resilience, confidence, consistency, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential.
Essential Experience
- Experience supporting people with:
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- ADHD
- Intellectual disabilities
- Psychosocial disabilities
- Understanding of challenging behaviours
- Experience implementing Behaviour Support Plans
- Strong communication skills and calm, professional approach
- Reliable, empathetic, and participant-focused

We are particularly seeking workers with a mature, nurturing, and patient approach who can build strong therapeutic relationships and provide consistent support to participants.

- Blue Card / Working with Children Check
- Current Police Check
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
- Relevant qualifications or industry experience preferred
