Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product selection and provide excellent customer service
- Use previous sales experience to achieve store sales goals
- Assist customers with furniture and bedding purchases
- Help with moving products, including light lifting
- Assist customers with delivery-related requirements when needed
- Support basic merchandising and visual presentation of the showroom
- Help with furniture assembly and setting up displays
- Maintain a clean, organised and presentable showroom
- Assist with stock handling and general store duties
- Be a flexible all-rounder and support the team wherever required
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable with light physical work and lifting
- Basic understanding of merchandising and product presentation
- Practical and hands-on, with the ability to assist with furniture assembly
- Reliable, punctual and willing to learn
- Friendly, positive attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexible availability, including weekends where required
