The Role
Due to continued growth across Queensland, we have a number of exciting opportunities available within our administration, customer service, project support, and business operations teams.
Located in our Murarrie office, these roles are integral to the delivery of insurance building, restoration, and repair services, providing essential support across a range of business functions and ensuring projects are coordinated efficiently from commencement through to completion.
With opportunities available across several administration functions, we're looking for organised and proactive individuals who enjoy building relationships, supporting operational teams, and contributing to positive customer outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Administration & Office Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across multiple business functions.
- Manage shared inboxes, correspondence, documentation, and general enquiries.
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, job notes, and documentation across internal systems and client portals.
- Prepare reports, invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative documentation as required.
Project & Operational Support
- Coordinate site attendance, project activities, schedules, and operational workflows.
- Create and maintain job files, project documentation, and system updates throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and outstanding actions to support the timely delivery of works.
- Support regional and operational teams while maintaining accurate project tracking and reporting.
Customer & Stakeholder Communication
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Build strong working relationships through clear, timely, and professional communication.
- Provide regular updates to support the smooth delivery of projects and business operations.
Financial & Business Administration
- Assist with accounts payable, invoice processing, purchase orders, and related administrative tasks where required.
- Ensure financial and operational documentation is processed accurately and within required timeframes.
- Support business operations through accurate data entry, reporting, and system maintenance.

Could This Be You?
We are seeking a proactive and organised individual with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes. To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in administration, office support, customer service, accounts payable, project coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new systems and technology.
- Experience within the insurance building and restoration or construction industry (highly regarded, but not essential).
