OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking Disability Support Workers preferably with nursing and aged care experience in and around Willoughby and Sydney Areas in New South Wales Australia.
Exposure in all aspects of caring with manual handling for clients with daily living and personal care is highly regarded.
As we are a rapidly growing organization, we are looking to expand our team of workers. If you are reliable, resilient, and willing to work with participants with varying abilities, consider this a great opportunity to join our team.
This role will also involve travelling to various locations to provide essential supports to participants.
WE ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE:
- Certificate IV in Disability or Cert 3 in Individual support
- NDIS screening check
- NDIS Worker Orientation module
- First aid
- CPR
- Covid Vaccination including booster.
- A current driver’s license (full license preferred)
- Passport
- Infection control
- Work With Children's check card
- Comprehensive car insurance (must be able to provide evidence).
- An Understanding and experience of Mental Health.
- Experience in
- Experience with high intensity clients, behavioral issues and trauma based in Individuals.
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Reliable and punctual with a happy disposition
- Community access and transport
- Domestic and Personal care

Pay: Starting from $36.81 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
Experience:
- Experience working with high intensity clients.
