This position is part of the Workforce Strategy team that is ensuring the public sector workforce for the future is well positioned to deliver government priorities and services to Western Australians.
The team is developing strategic workforce policy positions, providing advice and guidance, and sharing foresight techniques to build capability in the sector.
Our team now needs a critical and analytical thinker who can translate insights into actions and build strong relationships.
You’ll analyse data, trends and findings, using insights to inform policies that focus on a longer term horizon. You’ll be involved in developing and delivering strategic workforce initiatives, providing timely and accurate advice, and collaborating to deliver outcomes.
We are looking for someone who has a passion for and experience in research, analysis, planning and developing insights to inform strategic direction. While this is a backfill opportunity to 30 April 2027, there is a possibility of extension or permanency.
