BDS Mechanical is seeking a qualified Auto Electrician to join our Bundaberg team in a full-time, permanent position. The successful candidates will possess the following:
- Relevant Trade Qualification
- Diagnostic experience
- LV, truck & trailer repair experience
- Mobile plant a bonus
- High level of technical ability & knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Strong fault finding skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Extra skills, experience, tickets and licenses will be advantageous
- Spanner knowledge preferred
- Aircon ticket and HV license a bonus
Your duties will include:
- Installing new vehicle wiring systems.
- Installing and troubleshooting immobilizer and alarm systems.
- Gathering information from customers about issues with their electrical system.
- Diagnosing electrical issues and proposing a course of action.
- Providing customers with estimated time and cost for repairs.
- Repairing and replacing faulty wiring or electrical systems.
- Servicing of electrical automotive parts
