About the role
We’re looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist to help bring the Ozmosis brand to life across retail and digital channels.
In this role, you’ll support the planning and execution of trade marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility, enhance customer experience, and deliver commercial results. You’ll play a key role in ensuring campaigns are seamlessly delivered across stores, online platforms, and partner networks — all while maintaining strong alignment with brand, product and commercial objectives.
Working closely with marketing, digital, retail and VM teams, as well as external partners and brands, you’ll be at the centre of delivering impactful, customer-first campaigns across every touchpoint.
What you’ll be responsible for
Trade Marketing & Planning
- Own and drive the trade marketing calendar and go-to-market process
- Support the development and execution of trade marketing strategies aligned to brand and commercial priorities
- Identify opportunities to improve visibility, footfall and sales across retail and wholesale channels
- Support membership acquisition activity across in-store and online channels
Campaign Execution & Communication
- Execute in-store and digital campaigns including promotions, POS, signage and activations
- Develop clear, detailed briefs for design and creative teams
- Coordinate campaign rollout across the Ozmosis store network
- Communicate campaign activity, timelines and assets to key stakeholders
Partnerships & Third-Party Marketing
- Build strong relationships with external brands and partners
- Negotiate marketing opportunities to maximise ROI across campaigns
- Coordinate co-op marketing initiatives across retail and digital environments
- Manage communication with shopping centres for promotional activity
Budget & Operational Management
- Manage the trade marketing budget, ensuring activity is delivered on time and within budget
- Process invoices and maintain accurate budget tracking
- Continuously look for ways to optimise spend and improve return on investment
What you’ll bring
- Experience in trade marketing, ideally within retail or a multi-channel environment
- Strong understanding of retail and digital customer journeys
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- A proactive, commercially minded and consumer-first approach
Nice to have:
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or similar
