We're looking for a digitally-driven and detail-oriented Digital Content Executive to join our Sydney Head Office marketing team
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of digital content across a growing lifestyle brand — from social-first storytelling to eDM execution and paid digital activity. You'll work closely with our digital agency and internal team to deliver compelling content, optimise performance, and keep our channels running like clockwork. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Create and manage social-first content across Instagram and TikTok, with a strong understanding of what performs on each platform

Identify and execute on social trends, formats and creative concepts relevant to the brand

Support content capture at photoshoots, including behind-the-scenes and platform-native social content

Build, test and schedule eDM campaigns, managing end-to-end execution from copy and asset briefing through to deployment

Own CRM flows built out in collaboration with our digital agency, ensuring automations are effective and on-brand

Brief and supply assets to agency and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and brand alignment

Manage the day-to-day relationship with our digital agency, including fortnightly WIPs and ongoing performance conversations

Review and approve copy and creative across all digital ads and eDMs prior to publishing

Conduct daily results check-ins across paid and organic digital channels, flagging trends and opportunities

Produce weekly reporting across digital activity, summarising performance and recommended optimisations

Identify opportunities for optimisation across paid social, eDM and organic — and drive those improvements forward
ABOUT YOU

Passionate about digital marketing, content and social media, with a genuine understanding of what resonates with audiences

Experienced with eDM platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp or similar) and confident building and scheduling campaigns

Comfortable managing agency relationships and holding partners accountable to briefs and deadlines

Strong attention to detail — particularly when it comes to copy review, QA and approvals

Data-literate, with the ability to interpret results, build reports and make informed recommendations

Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
