As Marketing Executive at MCM House, you sit at the heart of how the brand shows up in the world — across events, activations, campaigns and customer experiences. Working closely with the Head of Marketing and Customer Experience, you help translate brand strategy into meaningful, well-executed initiatives that build awareness, deepen customer relationships and drive commercial outcomes.
This role is broad by design. You'll own the traditional and experiential pillars of our marketing mix — from in-store moments and industry events to PR partnerships and campaign rollouts — while acting as a key connector between the Head of Marketing and Customer Experience and the broader team, including our Digital Content Executive. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand & Campaign Marketing

Support the Head of Marketing and Customer Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across all channels and touchpoints

Act as a brand guardian across all activity — ensuring tone of voice, creative direction and brand values are upheld consistently

Contribute to broader brand storytelling initiatives, including seasonal campaigns, product launches and brand partnerships

Own the marketing calendar, keeping all workstreams on track and stakeholders aligned

Brief the Digital Content Executive and agency partners on campaign requirements, ensuring assets and content are delivered on time and on brief
Events, Activations & Customer Experience

Lead the planning and execution of brand activations, in-store experiences, pop-ups and industry events from concept through to delivery

Manage all logistics, supplier relationships and on-the-ground coordination to ensure seamless, high-quality execution

Identify opportunities to create memorable customer touchpoints that reinforce the MCM House brand and drive footfall and loyalty

Support photoshoot production — coordinating talent, stylists, locations and logistics to deliver on-brand visual content

Contribute to the development of the in-store customer experience, ensuring physical brand expression aligns with broader marketing activity
PR, Influencer & Media

Manage day-to-day relationships with PR and media partners, coordinating outreach, placements and coverage tracking

Identify and coordinate influencer partnerships, managing briefs, logistics and performance reporting

Maintain and grow the MCM House media contact list and brand asset library
Stakeholder & Agency Coordination

Collaborate with internal teams — including product, sales and e-commerce — to ensure marketing activity is aligned with business priorities

Manage relationships with photographers, stylists, print suppliers and other creative partners

Work closely with the Digital Content Executive to ensure integrated campaigns are executed cohesively across all channels
Reporting & Strategy Support

Monitor and report on campaign and activation performance, drawing insights to inform future strategy

Provide regular updates and post-campaign analysis to the Head of Marketing and Customer Experience

Stay across industry trends, competitor activity and cultural moments relevant to the MCM House brand
ABOUT YOU

Experienced in a marketing coordinator or executive role, ideally within a lifestyle, retail or interiors brand

A confident project manager who can juggle multiple workstreams and bring people along with them

Strong understanding of brand — you know the difference between on and off, and you hold the line

Experienced in event and activation coordination, with a track record of smooth, polished execution

Excellent communicator with strong written skills and stakeholder management instincts

Commercially aware, with the ability to connect marketing activity to business outcomes

Collaborative and adaptable — comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team
