As a Membership Services Representative, you’ll be the face of that experience in your club.
You’ll create a welcoming, high-quality experience for every member interaction, building strong relationships, supporting members with their enquiries, and helping them stay motivated on their fitness journey. Your ability to connect with people will play a key role in helping members start their fitness journey with Zap, feel confident, supported, and excited to keep showing up.
This role blends sales, service and operational support, requiring someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and takes pride in delivering premium service at every touchpoint.
