About the Role
We’re currently seeking an experienced Terminals Documentation Specialist to join our Terminals team in Kwinana. Reporting to the Terminals Development Supervisor, this role will play a key part in developing, maintaining, and improving operational documentation while supporting compliance, training, and continuous improvement across terminal operations.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working across documentation, audits, and operational processes in a safety-critical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain operations documentation (procedures, work instructions, checklists).
- Ensure all Terminal operations documents are current and in place.
- Maintain Learning Management System records to reflect accurate training, competency, and compliance status.
- Support management of incidents, hazards, and non-conformance reports.
- Assist with investigations, implement and verify corrective actions, and ensure timely, accurate documentation and closure within the system.
- Prepare for audits by ensuring terminal operations documentation meets all internal and external compliance standards, and compile audit responses with supporting evidence.
- Conduct field audits as required to verify adherence to procedures; address gaps through document updates or recommended corrective actions.
The Successful Candidate Will Have
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a dangerous goods environment/fuel terminal environment.
- Experience in developing technical documents/procedures
- Experience with Incident Management Systems
- Experience with Learning Management Systems
- Cert IV Training and Assessment or Work Health and Safety
